Most orders to the United States and to many European countries qualify for the free-shipping offer on the site: “Free shipping to most US & Europe regions.” If an address is outside that offer, checkout shows the shipping cost before you pay.
Processing and arrival
We usually hand orders to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment clears (weekends and US public holidays excluded). The shopping promise on the homepage is 4–9 day arrival for most US and Europe destinations. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs, weather, and carrier delays can add time. We email you when tracking is available.
Customs and addresses
Duties or import fees, if a country charges them, are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout says otherwise. Please check the shipping address before you place the order. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or delivery was refused, we can reship it once you confirm a new address. Extra shipping may apply.
Lost parcels
If tracking stalls well past the 4–9 day window, email support@bellaity.com with your order number. We will trace it. If the carrier confirms it is lost, we replace or refund the order.
